Please don’t send image screenshots. Fink is a command-line tool, not an iPhone app, and we prefer plain text in our mailing lists—in particular for terminal outputs. In any case, the reason you aren’t seeing any updates is because all of SourceForge went down around the 15th, which is not anything we have control over. That would presumably account for your cvs update failures. The website source is stored in CVS, so we weren’t able to post an update on it. The rsync failure looks like a permissions issue on your end. Try deleting /sw/fink/10.7/stable/crypto/finkinfo manually, since that’s where you get a “permission denied” error, and then do another selfupdate-rsync. -- Alexander Hansen, Ph.D. Fink User Liaison
