If you get the source,  there is an “INSTALL.txt” file that tells you how to do 
the install.  The problem is the name of the required external packages are for 
linux repos, but similar packages I believe exist in Fink.  So for the client 
it says:

what i suggest is this.  Do a “ fink list” on the core part of these names:

fink list  mysql
fink list qt4
fink list qscintilla2
fink list xdg

and you will see the equivalent FInk package, such as "pyqt4-mac-py27” for 
python-qt4.  Install all the needed packages from fink, and you are down on the 
client side.

Rinse and repeat for the server side.
