As I was sending the message, the gcc5 from that item got added to Fink.  You 
can just grab pdftk.info <http://pdftk.info/> from that ticket after 
selfupdating.  If that complains about gcc5 not being new enough, wait for a 
few minutes and do another selfupdate.
