I believe that this version of libvpx is known not to work with Xcode 7, and
maybe should be removed from the 10.9-libcxx distribution or at least as
unavailable for 10.11 (maintainer CC’ed)
If this was brought in as a dependency of another package, then that one needs
to be updated. Let us know what package you were trying to install.
If you just wanted libvpx, use the newer libvpx14 instead.
