With octave382 and fink-octave-scripts building under 10.11, I thought I would
attempt to build odepkg-oct382 which has code used by a lot of oct-mods, but I
got:
Can't resolve dependency "liboctave382-gcc49-dev" for package
"odepkg-oct382-0.8.4-3" (no matching
packages/versions found)
I attempted to change gcc (4.9) to gcc (5) in the odepkg-oct.info file which at
least should of made the build dependency liboctave382-gcc5-dev, but it didn’t
help. I assume there are more changes that need to be made in the info files.
I realize that everyone is real busy with the change to 10.11, but I would
appreciate someone looking into this when they have the chance. I can wait a
while yet as I still have a working 10.10 computer, but I would like to get the
octave mods built when someone gets time. There is also an oct-mod package
besides the odepkg that many of the oct-mods depend upon, but I can’t think
which one that is at the moment. Thanks in advance.
