Hi Max, I try to build the latest wireshark 2.0.0-1 on 10.11. However, the configuration fails with: checking for GLIB - version >= 2.16.0... no *** Could not run GLIB test program, checking why... *** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log for the *** exact error that occured. This usually means GLIB is incorrectly installed. configure: error: GLib 2.16.0 or later distribution not found.
Looking into config.log, it turns out that it does not find libintl when trying to build the test executable. Installing libgettext8-dev solves the problem. I guess you should add it to the b'depends. Cheers, Remi
