There were a few straggling dependencies, but I think they're now up to date, with the possible exception of aqbanking (another one of mine). I'll give it a look this weekend.
OTOH, you might want to try the mac .dmg file that gnucash.org makes available. Fink's gnucash is stuck at version 2.4 because 2.6 needs a newer glib2, which doesn't pass it's own self tests these days. The 'native' mac version has a few glitches, but it does look a lot more like a Mac app than the X11 version (menu bar at the top of the screen instead of top of the app window, for example). I use 'native' advisedly because the nativeness and the glitches arise from gtk-aqua. The csv import works a lot better in 2.6 as well.
