Hi, I'm running the
examples/levelSet/electroChem/inputSimpleTrenchSystem.py scrip. After
it draws the surface contour for four steps on mayavi, the console
echos the following warning at each step:

And then the following trench curves don't show on mayavi any more. It
seems to be the problem with the linear solver. I'm using pySparse
1.0. Does anyone know what's wrong?
