This problem was just reported by another user. I've apparently
never tested an installed copy of FiPy since that change was made
and will need to find a better way to write the piece of code that's
looking for README.txt. Thanks for reporting it.
I've just checked in a fix for this problem. If you update to r2731
and reinstall FiPy, it will hopefully be resolved.
