Thank you so much for your reply about VanLeer Scheme. I might need more time to figure it out. Before that, I just have another question about 3D periodic mesh. I knew FiPy2.0 provides 2D periodic mesh, but no 3D. If I need a 3D periodic mesh, how can I do it? Or how can I setup boundary conditions to produce the 3D periodic mesh? Thanks again for your help.
