Hi Fausto, It is out. However the uploading on matforge is broken so it hasn't been uploaded yet. Hopefully, that will be fixed soon. There are very few changes from 2.1.2. Mainly just a few bug fixes to do with trilinos and mpi4py interaction. It most probably won't have any impact for most users.
