I would like to solve the Poisson equation in 3 dimension of the form:

-Lu=f

where the function f has the form

L is the laplacian operator.

f(x,y,z)= -2*(1-y)*y*(1-z)*z-2*(1-x)*x*(1-z)*z-2*(1-x)*x*(1-y)*y

the domain is a unite cube.

boundary condition: u=0  on the boundary

u=0

Then i would like to plot the energie norm of the error,

Any hint?
