Hi,

Depending on how you launch Entought Canopy's Python, it may be that
bash_profile does not get executed.

Another solution is to link gmsh executable in /usr/local/bin

It is also in the PATH but unlike /usr/bin is not in the system-controlled
directories.

sudo ln -s //Applications/Gmsh.app/Contents/MacOS/gmsh /usr/local/bin/gmsh

and check that it is at least rwxr-xr-x
