indicates that the circle example, which uses Gmsh, passes the tests. The question is why are some of the Gmsh examples working and some are not. Just to confirm, doing $ python examples/cahnHilliard/sphere.py in the newly unpacked version of fipy still gives an error. Right? I noticed that you were running a file called "/home/miky/Scrivania/Esempi_Fipy/Esempio5.py" before. BTW You may want to use pastebin.com for this sort of long output.
