Thanks for the feedback. This is great to know. The FiPy errors that you are seeing may be due to Gmsh versions producing slightly different meshes. I have seen this many times and we have tried to rearrange the FiPy tests to deal with this, but it always bites us. If these are the only test failures, I would say that FiPy is working on your system.
