Hi, I am trying out the example problems in level set method. I am particularly interested in the simpleTrenchSystem example. I am able to run all level set example problems which do not involve a call to extendVariable.
I have anaconda installed on my system and I am using FiPy version 3.1.3. I am using Python 2.7.15. My operating system is Linux Mint 18.1 Cinnamon 64 bit. Following the instructions in the manual, I have installed both Scikit-fmm and LSMLIB packages.
