You can bounce Fire's icon.

Yeah, I wish it had that "Hide App" option, too.  That's one of my 
favorite things about ADock.

I'm working on extending the functionality of the dock menu.

I like a separate window for everything.  So does Eric.  Fire's going to 
stay that way for the forseeable future.

That seems disjoint.  Flashing the name in the buddy list draws your 
attention there, when your attention should be drawn towards the window 
with the message.

I don't.  Adium, a single-service app, can get away with it.  It 
wouldn't work for Fire.

Yeah, I need to figure out how to use the KeyChain to store passwords.

I'm not a big fan of half the sounds AIM uses.  Like the "I'm Logging 
In" sound -- it's the first thing I disable.

You can set custom sounds in Fire.

If you have the console open, Fire shows you this.  Anybody have a good 
idea where we can place such an indicator in the chat window without 
making it bigger?
