I'm not receiving any messages sent to me from other ICQ clients. Likewise
they don't get any of my messages. I see them log on and log off the ICQ
server, but otherwise don't get any messages. Also, if there are messages
that were left for me while I was offline, I only get them when I use the
ICQ client.
