Eric, perhaps you've already seen it, but VersionTracker reports another
Cocoa-based ICQ client today called iXQ which uses OSCAR (ICQv7) instead
of TOC and seems to do so successfully. I don't see the source
available on the site, but the author is requesting help with coding. I
would hope he would be willing to share his codebase with the Fire
