Ok. I was connecting to MSN messenger service (unsuccessfully) without
knowing it. :) Fire now opens up in a hurry!

A few comments...
1. There was no indication of the fact that I was logging in. For example,
the MSN service appeared as Offline throughout the whole process. Maybe the
status should change.
2. No error message saying login had failed. If there had
3. Was unable to make menu selections or do anything else while logging in
(unsuccessfully to MSN). Maybe in the future it will be possible to connect
to one service while doing something else.

Is MSN working for anyone else? I am behind an Airport base station which
connects via PPP and does NAT for the rest of my boxes.

BTW, the quick response on the previous question was very much appreciated.
Thanks!
