When I meant was that no one who was programming that part decided on it.
Basically, it's kind of a place holder until it someone puts in @"(:)" for
@"ninjasmiley". I think the bigger think is that it was an accidental
oversight. I actually had recognized this earlier on, and since it also
was not on the smilies toolbar list, I did not put it in the Fire help
file (am currently updating for v0.29 Fire so if this gets changed the
smilies part will too).
