Open the prefs in TextEdit. do a search for the following text:
<key>JABBERServer</key>
Once you've done that, replace the text between the <string> and </string>
tags directly underneath it with the correct server. If that doesn't
work, delete the server name (so you have <string></string> on that line)
and restart Fire and enter the server in the server panel.
