Yep, that might be the problem there.  But what about other apps like 
"Summary" or whatever it is...that's not in apps....is there someway 
application can get in the menu without needing to be in /Applications or 
~/Applications?  I know a lot of people don't build CVS Fire in either of 
these locations...
