Let me rephrase that. You can certainly first choose Disconnect, and then
after the account is disconnected choose Connect. Choosing one command
instead of two might be more convenient, but I don't understand why this
would be necessary to do. In any case, it's a simple matter to rename the
menu item to Reconnect and have it enabled.
