I think this may be in the works...there's a panel for it in the Away 
Messages NIB file.  Dunno who's working on it or when it might get done.

Colter told me a while back that making applications scriptable is 
annoyingly hard, but that the framework in Fire exists to make it 
scriptable.  He can probably clarify further, but I wouldn't expect it 
anytime in the near future.
