i used icon tools i found
heres a link to everything compressed with some templates to start
this will work in a ton of apps in there-they're all different
btw just click register on aquatint ;) you'll laugh ur @$$ off
basically i chose one of the simple icon buttons (ice) to match my dock
set and i chose that as a background
then i opened up the icon i wanted in it (the fire icon) and rotated and
formatted and all was good :D i exported and VOILA!
