Actually, this doesn't help because the toc_get_html function hardcodes
which server to use in Fire 0.30b (independent of what is stored in the
configuration.) It turns out that another fix for this is to simply use the
same server for TOC and loading info, and specify HTTP 1.1 instead of 1.0 in
the request. I've checked this in to TOT (thanks to Graham Booker for this).
So my previous change to use a different TOC server is not necessary and no
one will have to modify their configuration to take advantage of this fix.
