Well... click the Minimize button for the window, and it will shrink
into the right-hand side of the Dock.
Arrival of a new message can already cause Fire's Dock icon to pulse.
A feature to make the docked chat window pulse would be nice. AIM for
Windows does this, and I imagine it's nice to be able to minimize a
chat window rather than closing it, without risking not seeing more
incoming messages.
