Works for me. You should try removing that item and then adding it back
to both the Setup and Online views.
If that doesn't fix it, when exactly does it disappear?

Works for me. I think this may be tied to a preference though.

This used to work... not sure what happened but I'll take a look.

I looked at getting that menu item to disable based on the active window
or selected buddy a while back and it was nontrivial so I gave up.
Sounds like that's what we really need.
