The Available submenu in the Dock icon's menu doesn't reflect the
current state; it would be best if this showed a checkmark for the
current state.
Setting a new state via the Available submenu in the Dock icon's menu
should change the displayed state in the pop-up menu at the bottom of
the Buddy List window.
