Beta release of Developer Tools for Mac OS X 10.1.x, including betas of Project Builder 2.0, gcc3 Compiler, and GM version of AppleScript Studio 1.1.
But no interface builder I hate to download 200MB if I wouldn't have any use of it =)

okay I found out how to do edit the "Localizable.strings" but how does I edit .nib files? =)
Double click on them ;-)
Actually, if you go to sourceforge, there is a list there more oriented towards (okay, solely for) the localization of Fire, that way if you have trouble getting something to show up non-English at runtime, or if there's a word that doesn't translate (there are a few, I believe "idle" is the killer), everyone can figure something out.
But yeah, you seriously just open up the NIB files into Interface Builder and double click on text fields/tabs/menus/&c and then type in the localization over the English (eg, just replace all the text).
