I would appreciate a pointer to a summary of Texas law related to firearms. A friend is headed to Texas and would like to know about laws related to personal firearms.
I tried the NRA ILA web site, but it is broken: I could not get anywhere by clicking on the image map. It is also badly designed: there is no text only alternative to the cute graphics cruft.
