Folks: I realize this is an important
issue, and that it may of course be connected to gun regulations (the case
itself, after all, involved a prosecution for being a felon in
possession). Nonetheless, the Fourth Amendment isn't the list's focus, and
it also isn't within most list members' zone of expertise. Let's
stick with discussions that are more explicitly tied to firearms regulation as
such.
