I have Ezell's Small Arms of the World, 12th ed. (Stackpole/Barnes & Noble
Books, 1983) that is similarly dated. I think they were published about the
same time. I bought mine for $10-$15 in the discount section of B&N.

To show you how dated it is, the following is the entry under Glock 9x19mm
Pistol:

"Early in 1983, the Austrian Army announced the adoption of a new handgun. .
. . The Glock pistol, which embodies a unique combination of plastics and
stamped steel, won out over the Steyr-Daimler-Puch GB Pistole. No additional data
was available at the time this edition went to press."

The US Service Rifle is listed as the M16A1, and only brief mention made of
the A2 modifications adopted in the fall of 1982. Also, the US Service Pistol
is the M1911A1.

So, my particular edition is really dated, but if you could find a newer
edition published less than 20 years ago, you would probably have something.
