A quick check of the Northwestern website finds his course description
for both Spring 2003 and Winter 2004 semesters.  In both cases, it
begins:

     “A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security
     of a free state, the people’s right to keep and bear arms
     shall not be infringed.” These 25 words have created
     heated disagreement in political circles and judicial
     interpretations.

I'm sure the rest of the readers of this list got the same chuckle as I
did.  I think we'd have to assume, though, that the rest of the course
is just as fact impaired.

What is scary is that no one at the university even noticed.
