Now that shall-issue
CCW's have been available in many states for an extended period, has anyone
researched the number/success of multiple-victim shootings between CCW and
non-CCW states? One of the arguments made by proponents of shall-issue is
that citizens should have the ability to defend themselves from maniacs like the
one that stuck Tennessee today. It would be interesting to see if a
deterrent/response effect is observable.
