I suspect this is the ACLU of Texas, which, while "affiliated" with the national
ACLU, is legally a separate organization, and it's copy of the Bill of Rights
includes the Second Amendment. It's head, Will Farrell, is pro-gun and friendly to
libertarians. He has been a speaker at Libertarian Party events.
