The banners' weak "response" is that the ATF doesn't have enough
manpower to investigate these dealers, and the ATF can only inspect a
dealer once a year. I have this argument on videotape, Bill Moyers'
show, week of April 18, 2003. Instead, the banners expect the dealers
to do the ATF's job for it. Of course, the dealers can't abrogate a
contract with a customer without good cause, meaning evidence and due
process, meaning ATF still has to do its job first.
