Minnesota prohibits the "posting" of any parking lot.  All the business 
lobbying groups supported that in return for clear authority to prohibit 
otherwise lawful carry by employees while "in the course and scope of 
employment."  As I told one Chamber of Commerce representative during the 
debates, "Your workers are employees, not serfs.  Their home, their car, and 
their lives are theirs."
