It is an exaggeration for ConSource http://www.consource.org/ to
represent itself as "the first comprehensive online collection of
Constitution-related source materials". It is neither the first nor yet
comprehensive, and I see signs they may be copying from the Liberty
Library of Constitutional Classics
http://www.constitution.org/liberlib.htm . Perhaps they don't like the
competition.
