None that I know of. Florida, Texas, and Minnesota produce annual reports that contain this data. IIRC, Florida's total number of revocations for crime committed after permit issuance is 165. That's out of 1.3 million permits in over close to 20 years. The rate per 100,000 per year is down in the 10,000th of a percent.
