Can anyone please point me to a comprehensive list of limits on
gun possession by 18-to-20-year-olds. I know that FFLs are barred from
selling handguns to people under 21, that some states ban sales (or
other transfers?) of handguns to 18-to-20-year-olds altogether, and that
shall-issue states apply the shall-issue rules only to people age 21 and
older. To my knowledge, no states ban 18-to-20-year-olds from
possessing long guns. But I'd love to see more details on all this.
