Bills of Attainder?, Jon Roland, University of West Los
Angeles Law Review, Vol. 34, 2002. The issues involved in U.S.
v. Hayes are not going to be reached by a 2nd Amendment argument
alone. One needs to attack the violations of due process and the bills
of attainder prohibitions.
