Seriously?!

I can cross state lines to buy pornography. 

I don't need a background check to buy pornography.

Even if I had been previously convicted of a felony I could buy pornography.

I can carry (but not display) pornography wherever I go.

If pornography is found in my car, there are no charges, even if it is within 
reach.

In general this would be a considerable improvement over the current situation.

Has the author thought this through?
