And, most of those 4.5 million new purchases were of Evil Black Rifles.
 They are now certainly out there is such great numbers as to meet
Heller's "common use" standard (if that's really a Constitutional
criteria).  Every gun owner that I know has a least one AR/AK/FAL-type
weapon.
