Does anyone know the timeline to hear if the 9th took a vote and the results?
If no one calls for a vote or if the vote fails will there definitely be a
memorandum on their website? Is it possible that they don't vote to take the
case en banc and don't make ANY announcement since the en banc process was
starte Sua Sponte?
