Yet, much the same circumstances as the Westfield MA Sportsmen's Club
accidental shooting, which resulted in prosecutions of the meet organizer, the
club, and the providers of the rental weapons; a legislated (submitted by the
governmr) prohibition on "you shoot" events statewide that was barely defeated;
and calls for complete bans on physical possession and operation of firearms by
anyone under 18.
