Gov. Granholm challenged other panel discussion members over why they need armor piercing bullets. Armor piercing handgun ammo is banned isn't it? Or did I miss a repeal? If she thinks the president's initiative will ban rifle bullets that can pierce armor, that is a problem for rifle owners.
