Well, constitution.org has been blocked by about half a dozen of the most
popular web filters at various times, sometimes by the same filter again and
again after they unblocked it again and again in response to complaints. One
of them offered the lame excuse that our "IP used to belong to a porn site",
which was of course, nonsense, since we had had the same IP for years before
the filter vendor started business.

There are persistent rumors that some key political actors have placed their
agents in the blocker firms, and that they manually block sites their
sponsors don't approve of. Haven't been able to prove it yet, but many of
the blocks don't seem to be based on anything but someone's political agenda.
