When I googled on "John Lott" (with quotes) this morning, I got the "askjohnlott.org" domain, not "askjohn.org". askjohn.org is registered but parked (i.e. inactive). So apparently, contrary to the CNSNews.com article, the sponsored link is back. One other thought on the whois lookup I just did on www.askjohnlott.org: anyone could have used the name "Mary Rosh"; U.S. domain name registrars make no checks on the validity of the data registrants use.
